Crossline would like to reassure all its callers that the service we provide is confidential.

The recent publicity created by the breach of confidentiality by The National Bullying Helpline is regretable in that it has the potential to betray the trust that has been developed by the majority of helplines in this country that have and will continue to adhere to the maintaining of confidentiality for their callers.

Crossline in Coventry is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and anonymity of those who call our helpline and to safe storage of any records of calls to comply with Data Protection.
