Text Line Relaunch in January 2010

Text Line was run as a pilot project from March 2008 to June 2009. During that time nearly 50 people were given significant assistance.

Now we are relaunching this project on Monday January 25th 2010. This will include new advertising on the basis of a design by a student at Blue Coat Church of England School, Coventry who submitted the winning design ina competition we ran. This has now been worked on by a graphic designer to produce cards and posters for this relaunch.

With the help of grants received from Awards for All and Grant Trusts we are able to place adverts on the back of 36 buses and inside of 100 buses locally in Coventry & Warwickshire.

We have also worked with Year 10 Students at Grace Academy doing their GCSE in Media Studies who are producing a short video commercial to advertise the project.

We are excited about the possibilities of this project to reach young people using a form of communication that they find easy to use and provide help and support to them.
