Quality Standard AwardedBy John Pither - Added 6th of March 2009Crossline Coventry, along with Crossline Hull and Crossline Scunthorpe & District are This represents a considerable achievement for us as it involves assessment of our service by an independent assessor. He was extremely impressed by the quality of the service especially the training and the call platform we are using with Opal Telecom. The aim is to give callers and funders confidence in the quality and service delivery of the helpline. The mhhp is a charity that represents a partnership of over 50 helplines in England that give emotional support to people on the telephone and so probably prevent many with mental health problems being hospitalised every year. We are always looking for new listeners to train and be part of this service. These can in principal be from anywhere in the UK.
