New Kitchen Manager as Cafe hours expand

Michelle Shannon joined the CCM team at the end of March as the new Kitchen Manager. This appointment means that we are able to double the amount of eldercare sessions we can run, which in turn means we can connect with around 50 older people in the community rather than the 25-30 that we were.

We are also able to expand the work of our cafe. From June 2nd we will be open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am - 2pm. We are also able to introduce daily specials such as Lasagne, Chilli and Chicken curry, as well as a childrens menu and hand baked cakes and biscuits.
