CCM gives testimony that God Answers Prayer

CCM General Prayer Points

• Pray for the finance to be released through grants and by increased giving to employ a Kitchen Manager.
• Pray that the centre at Deedmore will be able to be open more days of the week in 2009 and for new volunteers to enable this.
• Praise God for the students from Grace Academy coming each week to help in the Shop & Cafe. Pray for continued devlopment of links between CCM and Grace Academy.

Crossline Prayer Points

• Praise God for the continued growth of the service nationally. There are now 4 Christian helplines working together to provide the service.
• Pray for ways to use the dvd of the Training Course to help refresh and interest new volunteers to train for Crossline
• Pray for Crossline in Plymouth as they consider joining the Call Share Project.

Skylight Prayer Points

• Pray for wisdom and direction in developing Skylight's work in the future.
• Pray for Debbie as she promotes the work in the midst of an environment that is often very political and quick to misunderstand how we operate because of our Christian faith.
• Pray for the design of a new stand alone web site for Skylight.
• Pray for God's timing for expansion of Baby Basics

Eldercare Project Prayer Points

• Expansion - Potential still exists to expand Eldercare - there are several people wanting to attend lunch clubs and go on outings. We still need more volunteers for this to be made a reality as well as the finance for a Kitchen Manager

EVANGELISM PRAYER POINTS

• Pray for the weekly outreach to homes in Wood End
• Pray for wisdom regarding new initiatives to train and equip others in sharing of the Gospel
• Pray for the Giving Tree Project this Christmas as we seek to supply toys to needy families in Coventry.

Turnaround Furniture Prayer Points

• Pray for £2000 per week of income or more to finance and maintain this project.
• Pray for strength and health for the staff and for wisdom in taking this project forward.

TEXT LINE

• Praise God for the continued impact of this project on those who contact the service. We have recently had our first contact from outside the Coventry area.
• Pray for the redesign of the Text Cards and for decisions over designs received in the recent competition.
• Pray for Mhairi's health at this time.
